Nominations are open between: 1 March – 1 August 2025
Upon completion of the NORMA Retail Academy Event, each participant will be certified as a ”NORMA Ambassador,” receiving a diploma and an Academy badge, signifying their expertise and commitment. Participating stores will also become certified as ‘Certified Store by NORMA’.
You, as a store owner/manager, nominate staff directly involved with customer interactions and sales. This event is tailored specifically for store staff who play a critical role in guiding consumer choices i.e. no store owners or managers can be nominated. You nominate one promising staff member who meet the criteria listed below. The final participants are selected by your distributor in collaboration with NORMA.
Hunting Examination: Proof of certification or completion of a hunting examination.
Experience: At least one year of retail/sales experience in hunting.
Language: Proficiency in English, as all training will be conducted in English only.
